FAL YAGHRIS HA فاليغرسها Eco Green Self Sustainability Projects in Palestine

 Fal Yaghris Ha
فاليغرسها

It all started from my time spent in Palestine way back in 2007, and as a US citizen and Biology graduate, I had to do something ; something that doesn't involve hydrating my hands with cream after washing the dishes or buying hair products… I had to do something worthy for the future generations of Palestine, for my children as a mother of 3 and for their grandchildren.
So my journey started from a simple bucket of water carried to a barrel with a meshed sieve in the corner of the house's stooh
( house roof which is flat concrete).

 My neighbor Rana and I.

Rana was a poor girl of two handicapped parents and 6 siblings out of which 2 were also handicapped. She'd come over, we’d finish washing dishes and laundry, then dip a small bowl each in the sink to take out the Grey water that we trapped from the washing  and pour that gradually in the bucket, to carry what we save of wash water out to the Barrel…. Then insert a hose in the barrel; as the water reaches ground level from the third floor through the difference in air pressure. How?  We held 2 meters length from the end of the hose at the bottom in ground level and started rotating it in the air like a Subha rotating in the hand of the Dabkah guy . And kept going for about
1-2 minutes … then finally water flushes out of the hose! Dirty Clean work !

From there, We'd connect it to the irrigation pipes and start watering the Koosa ( squash ), Tomatoes, cucumbers and Mulukhiah through drip irrigation, and mmmm were they delicious.

Ok are You consciously ready to absorb this ??

Exactly 6 Years passed by since that time before I was able to make my first Grey Water Recycling Unit and Install it in a poor family's Background in area C.

This Area in C has been deprived from its natural Water Resources and there were Green Houses that which their owners were afflicted seriously after this deprivation ... not being able to Cultivate the Land means,
the Occupier Oppressor can take it.

Area C  2014

Again, 9 years since 2016 to make one Recycling Unit for vertical agriculture. I installed it on my Veranda on the 3d floor and made close-up check ups & tests on it whether it will work in pots
( small areas where extra minerals won't be able to spread far from the roots thus much more concentrated in the soil ), researching its effect on the Plant's Growth to realize the gaps and reconstruct what's needed.

As you can see, I used Buckets to collect water after hand washing the Freaken Water Consuming Dishes !

10 Years to reshape the newest prototype which is being modified yet as of recent ! This time in a customer's Backyard.

To do this, I had to go through phases of hard Freelance jobs combining Translating Arabic/ English, Data entries, Grading Math & Science for 4th-7th graders Online, Voice over Home Studio Recording and ending up with my own E-Commerce website ...

Now,  I sell Super Unique Palestinian Products online and produce Grey Water Recycling Units!

It's not and wasn't easy but it is worth it.

My parents being originally from Hebron city Palestine ; I was lucky enough to be born in Jerusalem and live in Hebron where lots of the good creative stuff happens.
At least one or more of my relatives are artists in a field of ancient crafts such as Hebron Blown Glass, some in ceramic & pottery, others in leather shoes & sandal staining and manufacturing.

Aware that I had to take and make use of this opportunity further in this time and era to create an online website for all their creativity, especially the Blown Glass and Stained Crystal and normal Glass that was stacked in the US by my relative whom I love dearly.
And  as always this dear one has been granting me many venues to grow and thrive; a grown old man that wasn't aware of how to promote them online and so delegated me for the matter.

Now and after succeeding on Etsy as Mystic Land Painted Creations for 3 years straight, it is time to spread the awareness about our existence and the aims of Own&Adore.

Hop on with us! Join our affiliation program by sending your email with a note through messenger on the top left of our Website where we will approve your request and let you in on the simple process of benefiting from sharing about us, try our products and promote them with your word of mouth to get 5%-20% commission on sales !

It's the best easiest thing you can do at this time, to make a positive change. You spread the word about our products, and through the sales we construct a Self Sustainable Living by having the chance to build a return on investment and start being able to produce on demand Grey Water Recycling Systems and installing them in most homes as well as educate Palestinians on Vertical Agricultural practices and having people not need to worry much about food and more about development, as blessings come from their own hands and water…. No matter how they are now trapped and surrounded by Apartheid walls that are stealing the empty lands and hence Gobbling up their Natural Resources TRYING to Kill them slowly but surely through Deprivation ... NO , WE ARE AWAKE change comes from within, AND THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY TO SURVIVE AND THRIVE. Let's be the Spark.

Too Pixelated, this video was taken back in 2013 through my humble old Nokia phone in comparison to my latest phone today , I feel proud to have saved up to be able to upgrade, not only my tools, but my Experience with Youtube, which you'll realize with the rest of the videos on my Youtube channel.
